copy over of upstream v25, with small changes:
 * include qemu-common.h before qemu-thread.h (uint64_t undefined)

Note this undoes the s/EnumTable/EmulEnumTable/ introduced by
the first patch in this series. Since EnumTable typedef is now dropped
from qdev.h, no reason to use EmulEnumTable.
